It is difficult to provide an exact number of street youths in Germany as the population is constantly changing and many of them may not be officially counted. However, estimates suggest that there are thousands of street youths in Germany, with many living in urban areas. These youths face various challenges such as homelessness, poverty, and lack of access to education and healthcare. Efforts are being made by the government and non-profit organizations to address the needs of these vulnerable youths and provide them with support and opportunities for a better future. **

Yes, there are Bluetooth jammers available for purchase that can combat noise nuisance caused by persistent youths with boomboxes. These devices work by blocking the Bluetooth signal, preventing the boombox from connecting to any nearby devices. However, it's important to note that using Bluetooth jammers may be illegal in some jurisdictions, so it's important to check local laws and regulations before using one. Additionally, it's always best to try to resolve noise nuisance issues through communication and cooperation before resorting to technological solutions. **

It is more likely that the heavy blow to the face was caused by a branch falling from the tree rather than being thrown by a group of youths. Branches falling from trees can be a common occurrence, especially during storms or strong winds. On the other hand, it would be unusual for a group of youths to target someone with a thrown object like a branch, unless there was a deliberate act of aggression involved. Further investigation and evidence would be needed to determine the exact cause of the injury. **

It is difficult to determine the exact cause of the violent blow to the face without more information or evidence. If the branch fell from a tree, there may be signs of impact or damage on the branch itself. On the other hand, if the blow was caused by a group of youths throwing something, there may be witnesses or other clues pointing to their involvement. Further investigation and gathering of evidence would be necessary to determine the true cause of the injury. **
