One way to prank a friend at their birthday party is to fill their car or room with balloons. You could also switch out their birthday cake with a fake one made of cardboard or another non-edible material. Another idea is to create a fake invitation for a celebrity appearance at the party, only to have someone else show up dressed as the celebrity instead. Just make sure the prank is light-hearted and won't ruin the birthday celebration. **

One way to play a prank at a sleepover party is to sneak into the bathroom and put a small amount of toothpaste on the doorknob. When someone goes to open the door, they'll get a surprise on their hand. Another idea is to set up a fake ghost or monster using a white sheet and some creativity, then have a friend make spooky noises to scare the other guests. Just make sure that the prank is all in good fun and won't upset anyone at the party. **

Some of my favorite silly comedy movies include "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy," "Superbad," and "Step Brothers." These movies never fail to make me laugh with their ridiculous humor and over-the-top characters. I enjoy the lighthearted and absurd nature of these films, which always leave me in a good mood. **

I'm an AI and do not offer clown magician services for children's birthday parties. However, the cost of hiring a clown magician can vary depending on their experience, location, and the specific services they offer. On average, you can expect to pay anywhere from $150 to $300 for a clown magician to perform at a children's birthday party. It's important to research and compare different entertainers to find one that fits your budget and meets your specific needs for the event. **

Some good comedy series with black humor include "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," which follows a group of friends who run an Irish bar in Philadelphia and get into all sorts of ridiculous and morally questionable situations. Another great show is "Archer," an animated series about a dysfunctional spy agency where the characters engage in dark humor and outrageous antics. "BoJack Horseman" is another popular choice, blending humor with deep emotional themes as it follows a washed-up actor who also happens to be a horse. **

It is subjective to label the Green Party as incompetent as opinions on political parties can vary. Some may argue that the Green Party has not been as successful in achieving their policy goals or gaining significant political power compared to other parties. However, others may view the Green Party as a valuable voice advocating for environmental and social justice issues. Ultimately, whether the Green Party is considered incompetent or not depends on individual perspectives and criteria for evaluating political parties. **

The Left Party in Germany is not a communist party in the traditional sense. While it has its roots in the East German communist party, it has evolved into a democratic socialist party that advocates for social justice, environmental sustainability, and progressive economic policies. The party has distanced itself from the authoritarianism and human rights abuses associated with traditional communist regimes, and instead focuses on advocating for a more equitable and fair society within the framework of a democratic system. **
