The chances of Jan and Max together scoring 012 hits when each throws once are very low. Assuming that each throw is independent of the other, the probability of Jan scoring 0, Max scoring 1, and the other scoring 2 is very small. This is because the chances of each outcome are multiplied together to get the joint probability, making it a rare occurrence. Therefore, the chances of Jan and Max together scoring 012 hits when each throws once are quite slim. **

The chances of Jan scoring 0 hits is 1/10, as there are 10 possible outcomes (0-9) and only 1 of them is 0. The chances of Max scoring 1 hit is 1/10, as well. Therefore, the chances of Jan and Max together scoring 012 hits if each throws once is 1/10 * 1/10 = 1/100, or 1%. **
