It is not appropriate to prank or send funny messages to women on Skype or any other platform without their consent. It is important to respect others' boundaries and not engage in behavior that could be seen as harassing or disrespectful. Instead, focus on building genuine connections and engaging in positive and respectful communication with others. If you want to share funny messages or jokes, make sure the recipient is comfortable with it and that it is done in a lighthearted and respectful manner. **

Some good comedy series with black humor include "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," which follows a group of friends who run an Irish bar in Philadelphia and get into all sorts of ridiculous and morally questionable situations. Another great show is "Archer," an animated series about a dysfunctional spy agency where the characters engage in dark humor and outrageous antics. "BoJack Horseman" is another popular choice, blending humor with deep emotional themes as it follows a washed-up actor who also happens to be a horse. **

It is unclear what is being referred to in the question. If it is asking whether someone sent something, the answer would depend on the context. If it is asking whether someone has sent something in the past, then the answer would be "he sent." If it is asking whether someone is currently sending something, then the answer would be "he is sending." **

The phrase "to send or to send" does not make sense in English. It seems like there might be a typo or a mistake in the question. If you meant to ask about the meaning of "to send," it refers to the act of dispatching or transmitting something to a recipient. If you meant to ask about the meaning of "to spend," it refers to using money or resources to purchase goods or services. Please clarify the question if there was a mistake. **
