Follow the instructions on the package, which typically involve combining the mix with milk or water in a saucepan and heating it over medium heat until it thickens. Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Once the pudding reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool before serving. You can also refrigerate the pudding for a few hours to chill and set before enjoying. **

To prepare liver, start by soaking it in milk for at least an hour to help remove any bitterness. Then, pat the liver dry and season it with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add some oil or butter. Sear the liver for a few minutes on each side until it is cooked through but still slightly pink in the center. Serve the liver with some sautéed onions and a side of mashed potatoes for a classic dish. **
