This could involve comparing oneself to others, seeking out information that may provoke jealousy, or even intentionally creating scenarios that may lead to feelings of insecurity and envy. By focusing on these feelings with zeal, one can intensify the emotions of jealousy and ultimately create suffering for oneself and potentially others involved. However, it's important to note that seeking to create suffering through jealousy is not a healthy or productive mindset, and it's important to address and work through these emotions in a constructive way. **
